Job summary

Payactiv, a FinTech leader and B Corp in Silicon Valley, is hiring a Client Success Manager - Existing (Employers/HR Focus) to maximize value for employer clients after onboarding. You will own relationships, drive adoption, and focus on retention and growth across multiple accounts.

Based in California, you’ll partner with HR and senior stakeholders, lead QBRs, identify risks and opportunities, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver a seamless client experience.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of CSM experience in B2B/B2B2C SaaS or fintech
• Background in working with HR or employer organizations is a plus
• Strong relationship-building, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Proven ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities
• Data-driven, with experience in identifying insights and trends
• Confident presenter with the ability to influence across all levels
• Ability to travel up to 15-20% of your time depending upon business needs

Responsibilities

• Own client relationships and serve as the main point of contact post-onboarding
• Build trusted relationships with HR teams and senior stakeholders
• Lead strategic planning and deliver impactful Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs)
• Proactively identify risks and opportunities to drive retention and expansion
• Partner cross-functionally with internal teams to deliver a seamless client experience
• Use data and insights to inform client strategy and showcase ongoing value
• Act as escalation lead when needed, ensuring quick and effective resolution

What you will do...

As a Payactiv Client Success Manager, Existing, you’ll be the strategic partner for our employer clients, ensuring they gain maximum value from our solutions. You’ll manage a portfolio of accounts post-onboarding, drive adoption, and focus on retention and growth.
