What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Oversee TouchNet products and services for assigned clients, ensuring quality service and operational performance
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, coordinating resolution of service incidents and technical issues
- Maintain long-term relationships with clients to understand their business and identify service needs
- Support client business reviews, aligning their needs with internal solutions and presenting findings
- Manage invoicing accuracy and revenue forecasting for assigned accounts
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent relevant experience
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in university ITS and/or campus finance
- Experience in client-facing roles, preferably within the higher education industry
- Strong knowledge of higher education technology space and commerce
- Ability to travel as needed
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with TouchNet products and Student Information Systems (e.g., Ellucian, Peoplesoft, Workday)
- Previous work as a technical liaison between ITS and finance offices at a university
- Strong presentation skills and ability to articulate value propositions to diverse audiences
- Proficiency in Salesforce, Google G Suite, and Microsoft Office
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
