What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage total client relationships for assigned accounts, ensuring quality service and operational performance
- Act as the single point of contact for clients, coordinating resolution of service incidents and technical issues
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients to understand their business needs and identify service requirements
- Support client business reviews and align client needs with internal solutions to improve their operations
- Identify and pursue growth opportunities within existing accounts, including cross-sell of products and services
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in University ITS and/or Campus Finance
- Experience in client-facing roles and/or the higher education industry
- Strong knowledge of the higher education technology space where commerce takes place
- Ability to travel as needed
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with Touchnet products and Student Information Systems (e.g., Ellucian, Peoplesoft, Workday)
- Technical liaison experience between ITS and finance offices at universities
- Strong presentation skills and ability to articulate value propositions to business and technical users
- Well-organized with attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Proficiency in Salesforce, Google G Suite, and Microsoft Office applications
