Right at Home is seeking an experienced Client Success Manager to oversee the client and caregiver experience, support daily operations, ensure compliance, and maintain exceptional service quality. • Experience in customer service, healthcare, home care, staffing, or operations management.

• Heart: compassionate, dependable, and committed to delivering exceptional client and caregiver experiences.
• Driving: comfortable with driving; you will be 80% of the time on the field.

Responsibilities

• Client Relationship Management: conduct intake, introductory, and supervisory visits, maintain client satisfaction, and support retention efforts.
• Operations & Compliance: monitor required documentation, ensure compliance, and maintain accurate records in WellSky.
• Caregiver Support: assist with onboarding, training, coaching, and retention initiatives.
• Communication: serve as a point of contact for clients, families, caregivers, and office staff to resolve concerns and ensure quality care.
