Job summary

Sourcepass is seeking a Client Success Manager to advocate for clients, coordinate across internal teams, and manage relationships. The role involves schedule flexibility and travel to client sites across CT/MA in a hybrid setting.

You will lead proactive client strategies, coordinate technology assessments and IT budgeting, and ensure clients receive timely, accurate information from Sourcepass teams. Strong MS Office 365 experience is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
• 5+ years of experience in technology services or internal IT.
• MSP experience preferred.
• Experience with the Microsoft Office 365 suite.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients by directing them to the right Sourcepass teams during incidents.
• Develop strong relationships with key client contacts.
• Execute proactive client strategies, including technology assessments and budget discussions.
• Serve as internal quarterback for escalations across departments.
• Manage vendor relationships, e.g. ISP services during moves.
• Address client questions on invoicing and quotes with teams.
