Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related field.
• 3–7 years of client services experience.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite.
• Strong verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
• Willingness to travel domestically.

Responsibilities

• Responds to client inquiries and maintains documentation of communications and resolutions.
• Supports implementation of new lines of coverage by coordinating with client and carrier.
