Net Driven is seeking a Client Relationship Specialist to own the client experience and retention for dealer accounts in North America. In a fast-paced, technology-driven environment, you will serve as the primary liaison between Net Driven and dealers in the United States and Canada, ensuring successful delivery and client satisfaction.

You will communicate clearly, schedule performance discussions, identify growth opportunities, and help clients succeed.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent client-management experience.
2–5 years of relevant experience.
Fast learner with multi-tasking ability.
Strong time/priorities management aligned to goals.
Experience with SEO, social media, and web analytics.
Excellent communication and integrity.
Salesforce.com or CRM software experience preferred.
Technology/Automotive industry experience preferred.
Call center experience in a client-facing role is a plus.

Responsabilités

Serve as primary liaison between Net Driven and dealers in the United States and Canada.
Communicate effectively with clients about Net Driven’s products and delivery processes.
Plan, schedule and execute client performance discussions within set time frames.
Identify opportunities to expand dealers' product footprint and drive growth.
