Coast Technology is seeking a Client Success Manager to own dealership relationships on the STEALTH platform. You will drive onboarding, adoption, and renewal, translating attribution and campaign data into clear, actionable outcomes for hundreds of dealerships across the country.

This role blends relationship management with a data backbone to ensure clients see real value from Coast Technology’s programmatic DSP, CDP, de-anonymization, and inventory intelligence suite.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in client success, account management, or a client-facing role
• A natural relationship-builder who's as comfortable with a spreadsheet as a conversation
• Able to read a report, explain what it means, and say what to do next
• Organized, proactive, and calm under a fast pace
• Genuinely curious about data, marketing, and what makes dealers win

Responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of dealership accounts as their primary point of contact
• Lead onboarding and get new dealers live and confident on STEALTH
• Run recurring performance reviews — turn attribution, audience, and campaign data into a clear story of results
• Drive retention and renewals, and identify upsell and expansion opportunities
• Be the voice of the client inside Coast, coordinating with ad ops, analytics, and creative
• Catch problems before they become churn
