Job summary

Expivia Interaction Marketing Group, Inc. in Erie, PA, is seeking a Client Services Manager to bridge clients and internal teams in a hybrid role.

You will serve as primary contact for assigned accounts, cultivate strong relationships, and coordinate with leadership, operations, training, and HR to ensure clear expectations and successful programs. Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience in client services, account management, customer service, operations, or related field preferred.
• Call center/BPO experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary point of contact for assigned client accounts.
• Build and maintain strong professional client relationships that support retention and growth.
• Lead and participate in regular client meetings and follow-ups.
• Monitor program performance, KPIs, deliverables, and client expectations.
• Coordinate with Operations, Training, HR, and leadership to ensure client needs are met.
• Communicate client feedback, priorities, and concerns to the appropriate teams.
• Assist with new client and program launches.
• Identify potential issues early and drive them through resolution.
• Track action items and ensure commitments are completed.
• Prepare client updates, reports, and performance information as needed.
• Identify opportunities to improve performance, processes, and the client experience.
