CLUTCH is a hybrid consultancy and agency focused on helping B2B clients in the agriculture and food sectors grow. The Associate Director, Client Success will build strong client relationships and bring a strategic, growth-minded perspective to opportunities across a core client group.

You’ll connect clients’ business objectives to marketing and sales opportunities, coordinating CLUTCH teams to deliver impactful outcomes while guiding project scopes and proposals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in agriculture, communications, business or a related field.
• Typically 5–7 years of combined agency or corporate marketing experience.
• Experience with lead generation and budgeting.

Responsibilities

• Build and expand client relationships across CLUTCH teams.
• Identify growth opportunities and align marketing and sales strategies.
• Lead cross-functional teams including vendors and subcontractors.
• Develop proposals, scopes of work and presentations.
• Manage budgets and resources for campaigns.
• Travel up to 15–20%.
