Revelio Labs, Inc. is seeking a Client Success Data Analyst who thrives at the intersection of data analysis, client engagement, and product expertise.

You’ll work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders to ensure clients extract maximum value from Revelio’s workforce intelligence platform. Based in New York but capable of remote work, you’ll serve as the primary data-related contact for onboarding, ongoing engagement, and day-to-day needs.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience providing data-driven insights and analysis in client-facing roles.
• Proficiency in Python and SQL for data analysis and automation.
• Experience with cloud computing platforms (e.g., Snowflake, AWS, GCP).
• Strong data visualization skills and the ability to present insights clearly.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts to diverse audiences.
• Experience working with Human Capital or Financial data is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary data-related contact for client onboarding, ongoing engagement, and day-to-day needs.
• Collaborate with Sales to support prospective clients and trials, acting as a subject matter expert on our data.
• Translate client questions into data-driven insights and product feedback.
