Job summary

McKenna Labs, a Fullerton, CA-based contract manufacturer of hair, skin and body care products, seeks an Account Coordinator to support Sales and customers. Responsibilities include handling inquiries, processing orders, tracking shipments, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely delivery.

The role requires strong communication, problem-solving, and detail-orientation skills, with onsite work in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience supporting customers in manufacturing or related industry.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and in fast-paced environment.
• Onsite work in Fullerton, CA.

Responsibilities

• Review client documents for quotes and project packets.
• Process purchase orders and verify pricing and quantities in ERP.
• Track progress of projects and orders to meet timelines.
• Provide updates to Account Management Manager on progress and delays.
• Coordinate with Sales, R&D, QC, and Operations to expedite orders.
• Serve as primary contact for customers by phone and email.
• Troubleshoot requests from customers and internal stakeholders.
• Identify bottlenecks and propose solutions with leadership.
• Prioritize workload across multiple projects.
• Maintain positive relationships with customers and colleagues.
