McKenna Labs in Fullerton, CA is seeking a Purchasing Manager to lead procurement of raw materials and indirect supplies for a contract manufacturer of personal care and OTC products. You will supervise a team of Buyers and collaborate across Operations, Quality, Regulatory Affairs, and Finance to keep production on schedule and costs in check.

This role requires strategic sourcing, supplier management, contract negotiations, and compliance with GMP and FDA requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 7+ years progressive purchasing/procurement experience.
• 3+ years management or supervisory experience.
• Experience in personal care, cosmetics, OTC pharma or regulated manufacturing preferred.

Responsabilités

• Lead procurement of raw materials and indirect supplies.
• Develop purchasing strategies and supplier relationships.
• Negotiate contracts, terms, and cost savings.
• Ensure GMP, FDA, and regulatory compliance in sourcing.
• Supervise Buyers and purchasing staff; monitor KPIs and budgets.
• Collaborate with Operations, Quality, Regulatory, and Finance.
