McKenna Labs, a contract manufacturer of personal care products, seeks an Account Coordinator to support sales and customers from quote through delivery. You will process orders, track shipments, resolve issues, and coordinate with internal teams to keep projects on schedule.

The role requires strong communication, problem-solving, and attention to detail, with in-person onsite work and a salary between $18.75 and $28.00 per hour. Benefits are included for full-time staff.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; 2 years customer support experience preferred in cosmetics or manufacturing.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for interaction with customers and internal teams.
• Ability to work independently, handle multiple issues, and adapt in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsabilités

• Review client documents for quotes and project packets to ensure accuracy.
• Process purchase orders and verify pricing and quantities in the ERP system.
• Track progress of projects and orders to align with customer expectations.
• Provide updates to Account Management Manager on task status and delays.
• Coordinate with Sales, R&D, QC, Operations to expedite orders and resolve discrepancies.
• Answer customer questions via phone/email about products, orders, and delivery dates.
