McKenna Labs in Fullerton, CA seeks an Equipment Maintenance Supervisor to lead a mechanics team within a GMP-regulated personal care contract manufacturing environment. You will drive preventive and predictive maintenance while ensuring safety, quality, and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities include supervising daily maintenance, coordinating root-cause analyses, and supporting production with efficient equipment uptime.

Qualifications

• Requires a formal engineering/maintenance education and hands-on expertise in regulated manufacturing.
• Experience in GMP/FDA environments and adherence to quality systems is essential.
• Proven ability to lead a maintenance team and coordinate safety priorities.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, schedule, coach, and develop a team of maintenance mechanics.
• Oversee preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities to minimize downtime.
• Ensure GMP, FDA, OSHA compliance and equipment documentation accuracy.
• Coordinate repairs and root cause analyses for recurring failures.
• Support production schedules and new product launches with technical input.
• Promote safety, quality, and continuous improvement across shifts.
