Job summary

Arium Networks is seeking an experienced contracts professional in Canonsburg, PA to serve as the primary point of contact for contract issues and renewals. You will negotiate terms, analyze financial and legal implications, and drive revenue across existing agreements.

The role supports both internal and external customers, with a hybrid work model and travel as needed. Strong presentation and project-management skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business, Sales, or related field.
• 5+ years of outside sales and/or customer-facing management experience.
• Telecom experience preferred.
• Proven project management experience.
• CRM and Microsoft Office experience.
• Strong commitment to deliver exceptional customer service.
• Proven ability to work with external and internal customers.
• Ability to prioritize multiple assignments and meet deadlines.
• Ability to foster teamwork across functions to deliver seamless service.
• Excellent presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day contract resolution and dispute communications with customers and internal teams.
• Drive lease renewal processes and negotiate terms to maximize revenue.
• Support understanding of rights, obligations, and financial terms of agreements.
• Negotiate and implement terms to maximize revenue streams.
• Assess and approve modification requests to terms and conditions.
• Analyze customer data, terms, and site information for renewals and terminations.
• Maintain and manage customer retention processes for assigned accounts.
• Serve as liaison between customers and internal departments.
• Develop and deliver customer presentations to internal and external audiences.
• Lead project plans to meet goals and deliver long-term solutions.
