Arium Networks in Canonsburg, Pennsylvania, is seeking a Real Estate Leasing Account Analyst to maintain accurate contract and financial data for our Small Cell Operations. You will review leases, licenses, amendments, and ensure payments are timely and properly recorded.

The role collaborates with Accounts Payable, Real Estate, Legal, Finance, and other teams to resolve discrepancies, reconcile ledgers, and support monthly close. This is a hybrid role with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business or related field with relevant experience considered.
• Experience reviewing legal contracts and real estate agreements.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Research and interpret leases, licenses, amendments to identify payment terms and update terms in the financial system.
• Reconcile accounts, review general ledger and sub-ledgers per contracts, and correct deviations with internal teams.
• Review commencements, escalations, amendments, and terminations and update financial records.
• Administer payments affecting monthly financials and detect data inaccuracies causing incorrect billing.
• Communicate contract terms and reconciliation outcomes with clients/landowners via calls, email, and meetings.
• Contribute to special projects, data integrity reports, and integration/acquisition efforts.
