Job summary

Fintech LLC is seeking a Client Success Advocate in Tampa, FL. The role partners with clients to deliver exceptional support, coordinate projects, and drive operational improvements that boost satisfaction and growth.

You will own client outcomes, manage inquiries and escalations, and collaborate with Sales, Product, and Client Services to streamline processes and improve experiences for 1.1M+ relationships across industries. Strong communication and problem-solving are essential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in Client Services, Customer Success, Operations, or related field.
• Experience leading projects or coordinating cross-functional initiatives.
• Proven ability to take ownership and independently drive results.
• Excellent verbal, written, organizational, and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a client advocate, building strong relationships and ensuring an exceptional client experience.
• Manage client inquiries, issues, and escalations from identification through resolution.
• Analyze complex situations, identify root causes, and propose solutions balancing client and business needs.
• Lead and support cross-functional projects, coordinating stakeholders and tracking deliverables.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, systems, and workflows to enhance efficiency and client satisfaction.
• Facilitate meetings, trainings, and presentations for internal and external audiences.
• Develop and maintain SOPs, training materials, reports, and project documentation.
• Communicate effectively with clients, leadership, and cross-functional teams.
• Support operational activities, reporting, client education, and other initiatives as needed.
