Energy Worldnet (EWN) is seeking a Client Success Associate to support client satisfaction, platform adoption, and revenue growth through a structured, progressive development program. You will enjoy problem solving, customer engagement, and building skills within a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

A strong candidate combines customer service experience with a willingness to learn SaaS systems, cultivate relationships, and contribute to client outcomes.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of customer-facing experience
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• 2+ years of general computer usage, including web-based applications and Microsoft Office or related tools
• Strong customer service and relationship-management skills
• Ability to independently assess and resolve complex customer scenarios using sound judgment and critical thinking

Responsibilities

• Respond to inbound client calls and inquiries promptly
• Own escalated issues and deliver customized solutions
• Guide clients through the platform with walkthroughs and best practices
• Assist clients in adopting the platform to drive value realization
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve service delivery and efficiency
• Prepare client-facing reports and demonstrations
• Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities
• Mentor and support other Associates as needed
