Signarama King of Prussia/Norristown/Willow Grove is seeking a friendly Client Success Associate to join our Fort Washington, PA team. You will support customers and the project management team by handling calls, processing orders, and managing smaller signage projects from start to finish.

You will multitask, communicate effectively, and learn the ins and outs of the signage industry while delivering excellent service and keeping projects moving.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of customer service or client-facing experience preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Friendly and professional phone presence.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Comfortable managing multiple tasks and priorities.
• Ability to learn new software and processes quickly.
• Experience with Microsoft Office and order management/CRM software.
• Dependable, proactive, and collaborative.

Responsabilités

• Answer incoming calls and assist customers with questions, orders, and project inquiries.
• Greet and assist customers visiting the office.
• Enter project details into the order management system and take customer orders.
• Manage smaller signage projects from start to finish.
• Communicate proofs, pricing, timelines, order status, and pickup details to customers.
• Prepare basic quotes and process orders as needed.
• Coordinate with design, production, and installation teams to keep projects moving.
• Follow up with customers to obtain missing information or approvals.
• Maintain accurate customer and project data in the system.
• Assist with scheduling pickups, deliveries, and day-to-day project needs.
• Resolve basic customer questions and escalate complex issues when necessary.
• Provide general administrative and customer service support.

About The Role

Signarama King of Prussia/Norristown/Willow Grove is looking for a friendly, organized, and dependable Client Success Associate to join our team in Fort Washington, PA.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with customers, staying organized, and keeping things moving. You’ll help support our customers and project management team by answering phones, assisting with customer requests, entering and processing orders, and managing smaller signage projects from start to finish.

No two days are exactly the same, so we’re looking for someone who is comfortable multitasking, communicating with customers, and learning the ins and outs of the custom signage industry.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming phone calls and assist customers with general questions, order requests, and project inquiries
• Greet and assist customers who visit the office
• Take customer orders and accurately enter project details into our order management system
• Manage smaller signage projects from order entry through completion
• Communicate with customers regarding proofs, pricing, timelines, order status, and pickup
• Prepare basic quotes and process orders as needed
• Coordinate with our design, production, and installation teams to help keep projects moving
• Follow up with customers to obtain missing information, approvals, artwork, or other project details
• Maintain accurate customer and project information in our system
• Assist with scheduling pickups, deliveries, and other day-to-day project needs
• Help resolve basic customer questions or concerns and elevate more complex issues when necessary
• Provide general administrative and customer service support to the team

What We're Looking For

• 1+ years of customer service, administrative, office, or client-facing experience preferred
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Friendly and professional phone presence
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Comfortable managing multiple tasks and priorities throughout the day
• Ability to learn new software and processes quickly
• Comfortable working with Microsoft Office and order management or CRM software
• Dependable, proactive, and willing to jump in wherever needed
• Strong problem solving skills and a positive, team-oriented attitude
• Experience in signage, printing, graphics, or a related industry is a plus, but not required

Compensation: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
