PointHaus Group is actively seeking a proactive Client Success Associate to be the go-to contact for clients, ensuring a smooth experience and maximum value from our marketing solutions. You will drive engagement, respond to inquiries, and guide onboarding to establish strong partnerships.

Based in Coral Gables, FL, you’ll collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to monitor accounts, identify growth opportunities, and report on account health and performance.

• Building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with clients.
• Serving as the main point of contact for client enquiries, support, and follow-ups.
• Assisting new clients through onboarding and training processes.

• Gathering and analyzing feedback to improve client experience and internal processes.
• Collaborating with sales, marketing, and product teams to deliver seamless client experiences.
• Tracking client engagement and preparing regular reports on account health and performance.
