As a Client Services Associate, you’ll act as a key point of contact for assigned clients—handling day-to-day account needs, supporting service requests, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver reliable, high-quality service. Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of clients or customers
Build and maintain strong relationships through regular communication and follow-up
Support client needs including updates, service requests, and account changes
Conduct outbound check-ins to gather feedback and ensure satisfaction
Track account activity, service issues, and opportunities in the CRM
Assist with onboarding new clients to ensure a smooth transition
Coordinate with sales, operations, and support teams to resolve issues efficiently
Share product updates, promotions, and service information with clients
Prepare basic reports, notes, and account summaries as needed
Maintain a high level of professionalism, responsiveness, and organization
Strong communication skills and comfort working directly with clients
Organized, dependable, and able to manage multiple accounts at once
Customer-first mindset with strong problem-solving skills
Comfortable learning new systems and tools
Proactive, positive attitude and strong follow-through
Experience in customer service, client services, retail, hospitality, or account support is a plus — but not required
