Telza in New York is seeking a data-driven Client Success Strategist to join our Operations team. You will analyze client health, optimize the customer journey, and help ensure our operations scale alongside our client base.

You will collaborate with product to advocate for features, drive client satisfaction, and lead strategic reviews with key accounts to secure long-term alignment and growth.
