Everforth Apex is seeking a Client Support Analyst in Houston, onsite, to serve as a post-deal liaison between Brokers and the Sales Team. You will conduct thorough operational research, resolve complex inquiries, and deliver top-tier service across the customer lifecycle after contract execution.

The role requires strong analytical capabilities, excellent communication, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with Excel and Power BI is needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required with 2+ years relevant experience.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business, Economics, or IS.
• Experience with SQL and data analysis is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Resolve post-deal inquiries and navigate operational challenges for brokers and Sales Team.
• Be primary contact for enrollment issues, billing inquiries, tax exemptions, and early terminations.
• Perform complex operational and financial analyses to guide decisions.
• Manage commission inquiries, enrollment rejections, and billing resolutions.
• Create reports and dashboards using Excel and Power BI for performance tracking.
