Job summary

Innova Solutions in Chicago is seeking an AI Solutions Architect to lead enterprise AI initiatives. The role focuses on AWS Bedrock, SageMaker and MLOps, delivering scalable AI solutions and governance across banking and wealth management domains.

You will design data lakehouse architectures, event-driven and API-driven patterns, and oversee vector DB integrations using OpenSearch, Pinecone, Weaviate, Chroma or FAISS. Strong communication with stakeholders is essential.

Qualifications

• AWS Cloud Architecture across Bedrock, SageMaker, Lambda, ECS/EKS, Athena, Glue, Redshift, API Gateway.
• Generative AI and agentic AI solutions experience.
• LLMs and foundation models such as Claude, GPT, Llama, Amazon Nova, Mistral.

Responsibilities

• Architect AI solutions including governance, model monitoring and security.
• Lead ML and MLOps practices, including lifecycle management and deployment.
• Design data architectures and lakehouse data pipelines with metadata and quality.
• Champion enterprise integration patterns and microservices design.

• AWS Cloud Architecture (AWS Bedrock, SageMaker, Lambda, ECS/EKS, Athena, Glue, Redshift, API Gateway)
• Generative AI & Agentic AI Solutions
• LLMs and Foundation Models (Claude, GPT, Llama, Amazon Nova, Mistral)
• AI Frameworks & Orchestration (LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, Semantic Kernel)
• RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) architectures and vector search implementations
• AI Governance, Responsible AI, Model Monitoring, and Security
• Machine Learning & MLOps practices, including model lifecycle management and deployment
• Data Architecture and Engineering (Lakehouse architectures, data pipelines, metadata management, data quality)
• Event-driven and API-driven architectures
• Enterprise integration patterns and microservices design
• Strong solution architecture, design thinking, and technical leadership capabilities
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience in the Banking, Wealth Management, Investment, or Advisory domain is highly preferred.

PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS:

Pay Range*: $180K - $190K per year

*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
