Innova Solutions is actively hiring a Gen AI Developer / Engineer for an onsite Jersey City, NJ role. The contract position is full-time on W-2 with a six-plus month duration.

The candidate will design and implement AI-driven solutions, perform data preprocessing, and deploy models while collaborating with cross-functional teams. Required experience includes GenAI prompt engineering, full stack AI development, Python, and AWS in a 3–5 year range.

A client of Innova Solutions is immediately hiring for a Gen AI Developer / Engineer

Position type: Full-Time Contract (W2)

Role: Gen AI Developer / Engineer

Duration: 6 + Months Contract

Location : Jersey City, NJ (Onsite role )

Required Qualifications

• GenAI Prompt Engineering (3-5 years’ experience)
• Full Stack Developer-AI (3-5 years’ experience)
• Python (3-5 years’ experience)
• Amazon Web Services (AWS) (3-5 years’ experience)

Qualifications

Develop, train, and implement machine learning and AI models using relevant data sources.

• Apply techniques such as natural language processing, computer vision, or predictive analytics as needed for project objectives.
• Conduct data preprocessing, feature selection, and model evaluation to ensure solution quality.
• Deploy AI-driven applications and monitor their ongoing performance in production environments. Document methodologies and collaborate with technical team members to align solutions with project requirements.

This position is only open to applicants who can be engaged on a W-2 basis. 1099 contractors and Corp-to-Corp arrangements will not be considered for this position.

REFERRAL PROGRAM:

This position qualifies for a Referral Bonus amount of $250-$1000 dollars.

Pay Range and Benefits:

Pay Range*: Between $55 - $60/- per hour
