Insight Global is seeking an Account Representative in the Houston, TX area to join their Client Development team. The role focuses on onboarding, maintaining, and enhancing customer relationships from an operational perspective, acting as the face of the company for client engagement.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years in account management or Inside Sales, excel at resolving customer issues, and coordinate with internal teams to meet client needs while delivering excellent service.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in an Account Manager/Account Representative/Inside Sales role.
• Experience solving customer challenges and resolving conflicts.
• Identify customer needs and articulate to internal teams for service delivery.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, accounts and customers concurrently.
• Strong communication and organizational skills; proficient in Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables).
• Experience in Logistics or Technology industries.
