Job summary

InMarket is hiring a Client Strategy Manager to join our Activation Client Strategy team in the United States.

You will partner with Sales Directors, Account Management, Ad Operations, and Data Analysts across the full client lifecycle to shape RFP responses and strategic proposals pre-sale, then use in-flight and post-campaign performance to inform smarter planning, deepen relationships, and grow the account.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years in media planning, brand or agency strategy, insights, client success, and/or account management.
• Strong quantitative analysis and data-driven decision making.
• Strategic thinking that reframes briefs and finds unique angles.
• Advanced AI fluency to build prompts, workflows, and AI-powered insights.
• Excellent verbal and written communication for client-facing work.

Responsibilities

• Own development of media plans and strategic recommendations aligned to client goals.
• Create client-facing planning collateral: proposals, POVs, and strategy decks.
• Lead strategic responses to RFPs and briefs with Sales to craft a differentiating POV.
• Co-present at client meetings, defending rationale behind the plan.
• Translate campaign performance into forward-looking planning guidance.
• Develop AI-powered workflows and tools to speed planning and improve outputs.
• Contribute to broader team success with reusable narratives and frameworks.
