Role Overview:
We are looking for a driven Client Strategy Associate to help lead our customers’ program strategy in a consultative and data-driven fashion. Your core responsibility will be building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, understanding their business needs, ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services, and identifying opportunities for upselling and expansion. You will serve as the main point of contact between clients and internal teams, coordinating efforts to deliver exceptional value and support. Working cross-functionally across our entire team, you'll be at the front lines of our client relationships. Join our growing team for the opportunity to master eCommerce/web performance and become an expert in Shopify, Salesforce Commerce Cloud, and the rich app ecosystems of both platforms.
Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management: Cultivate and nurture relationships with assigned clients, understanding their unique requirements and objectives. Regularly engage with clients to assess satisfaction levels, address concerns, and identify opportunities for improvement. Act as a trusted advisor, providing insights and recommendations to help clients maximize the value of our solutions.
Account Growth and Retention: Proactively identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional products or services to existing clients. Develop account growth strategies tailored to each client's needs and business goals. Implement retention strategies to minimize churn and maximize client lifetime value.
Collaboration and Coordination: Serve as the liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment on project objectives and timelines. Collaborate with customer success, sales, marketing, and product development teams to deliver customized solutions that meet client needs. Coordinate client onboarding, training, and ongoing support activities to ensure a smooth experience.
Performance Tracking and Reporting: Monitor key performance metrics, including client satisfaction scores, retention rates, and revenue growth. Generate regular reports on account health and performance, highlighting successes, challenges, and areas for improvement. Use data-driven insights to optimize account management strategies and drive continuous improvement.

Compensation:
The compensation package for this position includes an annual salary of between $70,000-$115,000 per year, commensurate with qualifications and experience. In addition, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including PPO health insurance, retirement plans, and outsized opportunities for professional development and growth.
