Job summary

Visa Consulting and Analytics (VCA) is seeking a qualified professional to deliver strategic consulting services to Visa clients. You will analyze client data, identify trends, and conduct market research to uncover actionable insights in the payments industry.

You will support the development of client presentations, adapt templates for different scenarios, and assist senior consultants in delivering advisory solutions across business strategy, pricing, and customer experience improvements.

Qualifications

• 5 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or at least 2 years of work experience with an Advanced degree or 0 years of work experience with a PhD.
• 6 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or 4 or more years of relevant experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or up to 3 years of relevant experience with a PhD.
• US-based hybrid role in Visa Consulting and Analytics (VCA).

Responsibilities

• Support a team of experienced professionals in delivering strategic consulting services to key Visa clients.
• Complete detailed analysis on client data and identify preliminary trends and themes in the data with some guidance.
• Conduct market research and data analysis to identify insights in the payment industry.
• Support the development of client-specific presentations by adapting templates for unique client scenarios and needs.
• Support senior consultants in developing and delivering high-quality advisory solutions to clients, such as business strategy, product development and pricing, customer segmentation and customer experience improvement.
