Visa Consulting and Analytics (VCA) seeks a Sr Manager to lead high-impact projects for North America’s financial institutions. You will sell consulting engagements and deliver solutions that improve profitability, customer experience, and growth.

The role requires collaboration across Visa teams, strategic planning, and strong analytical capabilities. The ideal candidate has 8+ years of experience in consulting or payments, with a Bachelor’s or higher degree and a track record of closing deals.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of relevant work experience with a bachelor or 5+ years with an advanced degree or 2+ years with a PhD.
• Experience in management consulting or financial services environment is preferred.
• Strong analytical and quantitative background with ability to measure ROI and business performance.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategy and planning discussions with Visa internal teams.
• Manage a sales pipeline and sell consulting engagements to US Financial Institutions.
• Collaborate with Account Executives, Client Marketing and VCA delivery teams; drive opportunities and close deals.
• Identify opportunities with Issuing Banks and Credit Union partners to promote growth.
• Build scalable solutions, play a leadership or contributor role in projects, and ensure revenue recognition and proper funding.
