Job summary

Visa Consulting and Analytics (VCA) North America Retail seeks a Client Consulting Manager to lead high-impact projects for Visa’s retail and consumer goods clients. You will deliver solutions, promote growth, and drive profitability by leveraging data analytics, loyalty programs, and digital strategies.

You will partner with cross-functional teams to execute engagements, develop insights, and present recommendations to clients.

Qualifications

• 5+ years relevant experience with a Bachelor's degree or 2 years with an Advanced degree.
• 0 years with a PhD; not required as per basic quals.

Responsibilities

• Lead consulting initiatives and identify opportunities to close engagements.
• Develop frameworks, approaches, solutions and recommendations for high-impact opportunities.
• Build solutions and actionable insights to grow client portfolios in core business areas.
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, risk, and other teams to leverage Visa resources.
• Produce insights and recommendations to improve client performance and growth.
• Manipulate and analyze large data sets to derive client insights.
• Create scalable tools and methodologies applicable across VCA practice.
• Demonstrate leadership and build enduring client relationships across Visa.
