Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or high school diploma with significant experience in customer service.
• Experience in call center or customer service environments is beneficial.
• Strong communication and typing skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and other channels to ensure high satisfaction.
• Review, research, and resolve issues with insurance applicant orders using proprietary programs.
• Serve as liaison between insurance companies, brokers, and internal teams.
• Monitor service levels and support department productivity standards.
• Prepare department/client reports and document events for management review.
• Adhere to quality and responsiveness standards and escalate issues when needed.
• Participate in client visits and calls as required.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
