Job summary

Parker Hannifin is seeking a customer service professional to support our Parflex Division at the Fort Worth, TX facility. The role focuses on responding to inquiries, providing pricing and delivery details, and processing orders to ensure timely fulfillment.

Qualifications

• High school education or GED required.
• Associate degree preferred.
• Two to four years customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Review and respond to customer inquiries by phone, email, or CRM software.
• Communicate requests for cost estimates on non-standard products.
• Check stock, provide pricing and delivery information on orders.
• Check order status or expedite orders with Production, Supply Chain or Shipping Departments.
• Prepare and enter purchase orders and manage orders via EDI.
