Job summary

Parker Hannifin Corporation, Parflex Division, Fort Worth, TX, seeks a Maintenance Department supervisor to lead facilities planning, design, construction, and maintenance efforts. You will coordinate with architects/engineers, manage contractors, and drive cost-efficient solutions.

The role focuses on safety, compliance, and continuous improvement across building systems, electrical work, and energy management, reporting to senior leadership. Fort Worth site offers stability and benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
• 5-7 years related experience including building and data center electrical work.
• Journeyman or certified in electrical, HVAC, etc.
• Knowledge of facility engineering principles, regulations, and policies.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Ability to apply continuous improvement methods and techniques.
• Ability to use CAD or environmental monitoring systems.

Responsibilities

• Plans, schedules, assigns and supervises work of the maintenance department.
• Maintains facility equipment and preventative maintenance programs.
• Maintains inventories and supplies for efficient operation of the Corporate Headquarters.
• Oversees planning, design, construction, maintenance, and alteration of facilities.
• Coordinates with architecture/engineering firms for design criteria and schedules.
• Inspects construction progress to ensure conformance to drawings and schedules.
• Represents company on projects and mentors new employees.
• Contributes to cross-functional or project teams as needed.
