• Disclose account information accurately and professionally.
• Maintain professional communications and comply with policies.
• Follow established procedures for contact attempts and letters.
• Document all collection activities in the system per guidelines.
• Follow call scripts and training policies during calls.
• Maintain acceptable call monitoring scores.
• Coordinate with leadership on repossessions or special handling.
• Process payments and workflows accurately.
• Complete CBT training courses accurately and timely.
