Job summary

The Weiner Group is seeking Client Solutions Representatives to work remotely, helping individuals and families protect their financial futures by offering life insurance and living benefits from 25+ carriers. You’ll engage with prospective clients to assess needs, explain options, and guide them through the application process, building lasting relationships.

This flexible, pay-for-performance role offers 100% commission with no base salary and earning potential between $85,000 and $145,000

What You’ll Do

Compensation:

This is a 1099 independent contractor opportunity with 100% performance-based compensation. There is no base salary or cap on earnings.

Potential earnings for new agents: $85,000–$145,000, based on production.

Additional incentives and bonuses may be available based on production.

As you gain experience and demonstrate strong performance, additional opportunities may be available in business development, leadership, and sales management.
