Job summary

The Weiner Group is seeking self-motivated Client Solutions Representatives to work remotely in the life insurance and financial services industry. You will connect with prospective clients, assess needs, and present protection options from 25+ carriers.

This is a flexible, performance-based role with no base salary. Earners can reach $85k–$145k annually, with training and support to help you build relationships and guide clients through applications.

Compensation:

This is a 1099 independent contractor opportunity with 100% performance-based compensation. There is no base salary or cap on earnings.

Potential earnings for new agents: $85,000–$145,000, based on production.

Additional incentives and bonuses may be available based on production.

As you gain experience and demonstrate strong performance, additional opportunities may be available in business development, leadership, and sales management.
