Job summary

The Weiner Group is hiring as Client Solutions Representatives to work remotely in the United States. You will engage with prospective clients, assess their needs, and present life insurance and living benefits options from over 25 carriers. This is a 1099, performance-based role with no base salary and uncapped earnings.

You’ll receive access to qualified leads, training, and ongoing support. Flexible full- or part-time schedules are available, with opportunities for advancement into leadership

This opportunity is within the life insurance and financial services industry, with access to products from more than 25 industry-leading carriers.

What You’ll Do

• Speak with prospective clients who have requested information
• Learn about clients’ needs, goals, and financial priorities
• Explain available life insurance and living benefit options
• Present solutions based on each client’s individual needs
• Build and maintain client relationships
• Follow up with prospective and existing clients
• Assist clients through the application process
• Maintain accurate records and follow established compliance requirements

Compensation:

This is a 1099 independent contractor opportunity with 100% performance-based compensation. There is no base salary or cap on earnings.

Potential earnings for new agents: $85,000–$145,000, based on production.

Additional incentives and bonuses may be available based on production.

As you gain experience and demonstrate strong performance, additional opportunities may be available in business development, leadership, and sales management.
