Job summary

The Weiner Group is seeking self-motivated Client Solutions Representatives to work remotely and help individuals protect their financial futures. You will engage with prospective clients, assess needs, and present life insurance solutions from a wide carrier network.

This is a 1099 independent contractor role with no base salary. Earnings are entirely performance-based, with potential annual compensation ranging from $85,000 to $145,000, plus additional incentives and growth opportunities in

This opportunity is within the life insurance and financial services industry, with access to products from more than 25 industry-leading carriers.

What You’ll Do

• Speak with prospective clients who have requested information
• Learn about clients’ needs, goals, and financial priorities
• Explain available life insurance and living benefit options

• Assist clients through the application process

Compensation:

This is a 1099 independent contractor opportunity with 100% performance-based compensation. There is no base salary or cap on earnings.

Potential earnings for new agents: $85,000–$145,000, based on production.

Additional incentives and bonuses may be available based on production.

As you gain experience and demonstrate strong performance, additional opportunities may be available in business development, leadership, and sales management.
