The Weiner Group is seeking motivated Client Solutions Representatives to work remotely and build skills in sales and client relationships while helping families protect their financial futures. You’ll engage with prospective clients to understand needs and recommend life insurance options.

This is a 1099 independent contractor role with 100% performance-based compensation and no base salary. Potential earnings range from $85,000 to $145,000, depending on production, with access to qualified

Qualificações

• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.

• Willingness to pursue life insurance licensing if not already held.
• Experience in sales or customer service is helpful but not required.

What You’ll Do

• Speak with prospective clients who have requested information
• Learn about clients’ needs, goals, and financial priorities
• Explain available life insurance and living benefit options
• Present solutions based on each client’s individual needs
• Build and maintain client relationships
• Follow up with prospective and existing clients
• Assist clients through the application process
• Maintain accurate records and follow established compliance requirements

Compensation:

This is a 1099 independent contractor opportunity with 100% performance-based compensation. There is no base salary or cap on earnings.

Potential earnings for new agents: $85,000–$145,000, based on production.

Additional incentives and bonuses may be available based on production.

As you gain experience and demonstrate strong performance, additional opportunities may be available in business development, leadership, and sales management.
