Job summary

The Weiner Group is seeking motivated Client Solutions Representatives to join our remote life insurance and financial services team. You will work directly with prospective clients to understand their needs and help them find protection solutions that fit their goals.

This is a 1099 independent contractor role with 100% performance-based pay and flexible hours. The position offers access to qualified leads, training, and ongoing support to help you succeed while building lasting client

Compensation:

This is a 1099 independent contractor opportunity with 100% performance-based compensation. There is no base salary or cap on earnings.

Potential earnings for new agents: $85,000–$145,000, based on production.

Additional incentives and bonuses may be available based on production.

As you gain experience and demonstrate strong performance, additional opportunities may be available in business development, leadership, and sales management.
