Job summary

The Weiner Group is seeking self-motivated Client Solutions Representatives to work remotely, helping individuals protect their financial futures. You will contact prospective clients, assess needs, and recommend life insurance and living benefits from multiple carriers.

This 1099 independent contractor role offers 100% performance-based pay with no base salary, potential earnings ranging from $85,000 to $145,000 annually, ample training, and access to qualified leads and marketing resources.

Qualifications

• Sales or customer service experience is helpful but not required.

• Build and maintain client relationships

• Assist clients through the application process
• Maintain accurate records and follow established compliance requirements

Compensation:

This is a 1099 independent contractor opportunity with 100% performance-based compensation. There is no base salary or cap on earnings.

Potential earnings for new agents: $85,000–$145,000, based on production.

Additional incentives and bonuses may be available based on production.

As you gain experience and demonstrate strong performance, additional opportunities may be available in business development, leadership, and sales management.
