Job summary

The Weiner Group is seeking motivated individuals to join our team as Client Solutions Representatives. This remote, flexible role lets you work from home while helping clients choose life insurance and living benefits.

You will build relationships, follow up with leads, assist with applications, and maintain records. This is a 1099 contractor role with performance-based compensation and training to support your growth.

Compensation:

This is a 1099 independent contractor opportunity with 100% performance-based compensation. There is no base salary or cap on earnings.

Potential earnings for new agents: $85,000–$145,000, based on production.

Additional incentives and bonuses may be available based on production.

As you gain experience and demonstrate strong performance, additional opportunities may be available in business development, leadership, and sales management.
