The Weiner Group is seeking a self-motivated Client Solutions Representative to join our remote team. You’ll work directly with prospective clients to understand their needs and help them find financial protection solutions that fit their goals.

This 1099 independent contractor role offers 100% performance-based compensation with no base salary, access to qualified leads, and ongoing training to develop sales and relationship-building skills across a broad carrier network.

Compensation:

This is a 1099 independent contractor opportunity with 100% performance-based compensation. There is no base salary or cap on earnings.

Potential earnings for new agents: $85,000–$145,000, based on production.

Additional incentives and bonuses may be available based on production.

As you gain experience and demonstrate strong performance, additional opportunities may be available in business development, leadership, and sales management.
