Job summary

The Weiner Group is seeking Client Solutions Representatives to work remotely, helping individuals and families find financial protection solutions. You will speak with prospective clients, understand their needs, and present life insurance options from 25+ carriers while building lasting relationships.

This is a 1099 independent contractor role with no base salary, offering uncapped earnings potential and ongoing training and support to help you grow professionally.

Compensation:

This is a 1099 independent contractor opportunity with 100% performance-based compensation. There is no base salary or cap on earnings.

Potential earnings for new agents: $85,000–$145,000, based on production.

Additional incentives and bonuses may be available based on production.

As you gain experience and demonstrate strong performance, additional opportunities may be available in business development, leadership, and sales management.
