Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking or related industry.
• Excellent communication skills, both in person and over the phone.
• Ability to understand financial needs and tailor product recommendations.
• Ability to resolve client issues with attention to detail.
• Operate within risk parameters and complete required training.
• High school degree or GED.
• Licensing requirements: SIE, Series 6, state registration (63 if required) and Life licenses; licensing within 180 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and exceed expectations with attentive service.
• Manage assigned clients and meet with them in person and by phone to build relationships.
• Engage in clear, consultative communication to understand and address client needs.
• Educate clients on technology solutions (Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, ATMs).
• Learn products, services, and procedures to consult on banking solutions and connect to experts.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
