Job summary

JE Dunn Construction seeks a Client Solutions Manager to lead active client solutions, coordinate marketing proposals, and manage relationships with potential customers across defined markets. You will research targets, oversee records, develop action plans, and collaborate with operations to capture new work while supporting JE Dunn's strategy and values.

Requires 5+ years in marketing or business development in the building industry, a bachelor’s degree, and willingness to travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, architecture, construction science, marketing, management or related field.
• In lieu of the above requirements, equivalent relevant experience will be considered.
• 5+ years marketing or Business Development experience in the building industry.
• Valid and unrestricted drivers license required.
• Must be able to lift up to 10 pounds.
• May require periods of travel.
• Normal office environment.
• Frequent activity: Sitting, Viewing Computer Screen

Responsibilities

• Performs active client solutions, marketing and public relations activities in support of client solutions goals.
• Researches, qualifies and prioritizes potential customers.
• Coordinates and oversees maintenance of records and reports concerning client contacts and scheduled client solutions activities.
• Prepares, presents and executes client solutions action plans for specific targets.
• Helps develop new business, sales and client relations for defined markets.
• Helps with the development of proposals, presentations and other client communications.
• Provides planning help to prospective and current clients prior to contract execution.
• Serves as a company representative on civic, business, charitable and professional organizations.
