Job summary

JE Dunn Construction is seeking a Marketing Specialist to support marketing, client solutions and other departments in developing project pursuits, presentations, and communications strategies. The role includes coordinating events, managing brand materials, and maintaining CRM data in alignment with JE Dunn’s strategy and values.

You will create marketing deliverables, assist with external communications, and contribute to digital asset management while upholding the highest standards of client

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, journalism or related field preferred.
• 2+ years marketing, communications or public relations experience preferred.
• Must be able to lift up to 10 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Develops RFP/RFQ responses including writing, resumes, graphics, proofreading and packaging to meet deadlines.
• Develops presentation materials (PowerPoint/Adobe) for project pursuits.
• Creates and updates marketing deliverables maintaining corporate identity.
• Updates CRM and other marketing data systems.
• Coordinates or attends events such as trade shows, conferences, client events.
• Develops award submissions and captures/edits video assets.
• Develops internal and external communications (including social media and website content).
• Contributes digital assets to the DAM system.
