Job summary

Uber is hiring a Client Solutions Partner in New York to drive Demand Generation for merchants, collaborating with Delivery Account Managers to identify, pitch, and implement opportunities. You will act as a trusted advisor on advanced advertising and promotional campaigns, tailoring value to each merchant.

Lead 301+ level pitches, manage campaigns in Salesforce Media Cloud, and support AMs in pitching at the 101/201 levels while coordinating with Revenue Operations.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of full-time experience in sales or account management.
• Experience in a client-facing role with merchants or advertisers.
• Ability to build relationships and articulate value propositions.

Responsibilities

• Identify Demand Generation opportunities with AMs and align with Uber's solutions.
• Lead 301+ level pitches, handle objections, and provide budget guidance.
• Serve as a subject-matter expert on product capabilities and specs.
• Collaborate with Ads Rev Ops to ensure campaign execution and efficiency.
• Manage pipeline and opportunity tracking in Salesforce Media Cloud.
• Monitor campaign performance and support reporting and data requests.
